Lundbeck is a $2 billion Danish global pharmaceutical company engaged in the research, development, production, marketing, and sale of drugs for the treatment of disorders of the central nervous system. Headquartered in Copenhagen, Lundbeck has international production facilities in 57 countries and employs 5,500 people globally. The company’s products are registered in more than 100 countries.
At the beginning of each year Lundbeck employees worldwide receive a set of goals and milestones to accomplish over the following 365 days. We were tasked with delivering this content in a unique format that would make the content easily digestible, educational and would also have serious staying power.
Our solution was a 365-page desktop tearpad calendar with a page for each day. Each numbered page has a data point, fact, or goal with correlating numerals, allowing the company to engage their employees and provide a daily brand touchpoint. The format was a huge success and has been seen as a significant internal motivator and brand-building tool.
