One North Dearborn Promotional Campaign

Project Overview

One North Dearborn, a classic Chicago building in the heart of the Loop, was slated for sweeping improvements creating spaces that stood apart from average downtown offices. Beacon Capital Partners joined forces with The Telos Group to promote the four available floors featuring over 200,000sf of contiguous space and a host of incredible amenities. From oversized Chicago-style windows, to a sprawling rooftop deck, to a state-of-the-art gym with yoga and spin classes, the property’s impressive features ensured that it was poised to become a genuinely unique opportunity for creative and corporate tenants.

Beacon and Telos engaged Pivot to develop an identity that reflected One North Dearborn’s exciting new image, and to craft a campaign that positioned the property in this light within the broker and tenant communities.

Building on the goal of erasing the perception that One North Dearborn is “just an ordinary building,” we created a daring and offbeat campaign entitled One & Done. It playfully capitalized on the notable location, and drew a connection between the address and peak quality. This direct and honest messaging was displayed in a striking magenta against simple backgrounds. Massive vinyl-cut numerical graphics detailing the specs of the space were strategically placed throughout key stopping points on the building tour.

Bold and genuinely different, the campaign brashly conveyed that One North Dearborn is the building you tour when you want to get the deal done.
