Shortly after starting a website for leading commercial builder, Skender, they let us in on a secret: they were restructuring their business, on a scale unprecedented in the firm’s 60-year history. Skender would become vertically integrated, seamlessly connecting its award-winning construction team with a newly acquired design studio and an advanced manufacturing offering. The model would break ground for the industry. The Skender brand needed to as well.

Our project promptly expanded. Pivot partnered with Skender executive and marketing teams to shape their new positioning strategy and brand to express it. A reimagined brand architecture confidently reduced “Skender Construction” to “Skender” and simplified the handling of service offerings. A modern recasting of the Skender “S” anchored the bold new corporate identity along with dramatic typography, color, and photography. A comprehensive brand relaunch followed—including, of course, that new website.
