We’re looking for a Copywriter.

The Copywriter delivers authentic and persuasive language for our clients and their projects while maintaining brand standards. The individual plans and develops content and assists with articulating creative concepts across various media, including brand, print, sales and marketing materials; advertising; direct mail/direct response; email marketing; websites; and more.

OVERVIEW

The role collaborates closely with the Strategy team in assisting and documenting Discovery sessions, contributing to strategic presentations, and building messaging platforms. The role also works alongside with both the Account and Creative teams, maintaining an active presence in meetings and client conferences.  

The Copywriter is expected to handle multiple assignments at once, delivering clear, concise, on-brand language according to established dates and project plans. This individual must apply the style guides of  multiple clients for the purposes of writing, editing, and proofreading of materials. The role is also a resource that can proofread and edit colleagues’ materials for clarity, style consistency, spelling and grammar—even for material that does not originate in-house.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create authentic and persuasive language across a variety of media

  • Translate complex material into clear, concise, and reader-friendly text

  • Write both headlines and longer-form body content

  • Participate in client meetings and weigh in during the creative process, particularly in content-related matters

  • Present content in client meetings

  • Manage the editorial process of content-heavy projects, ensuring client feedback is incorporated fully and version control is maintained

  • Follow up with teams to ensure project needs are being met

We’re looking for an Account Director with Pharmaceutical Agency experience.

OVERVIEW

We need a leadership-oriented professional with pharmaceutical experience to ensure the smooth production of campaigns and projects from a strategic point of view—from briefing designers and copywriters to managing budgets and executives. As the senior point of contact for our agency’s clients, this role builds strategic operational plans and balances the expectations of clients with the execution of creative work. You will be expected to develop and drive relationships with existing clients. About 50% of our clients are pharmaceutical/biotechnology companies, therefore, this individual needs to have worked in the healthcare space in order to effectively partner with these clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Take a lead role in building clients’ marketing and advertising strategies. Guide a team to provide the utmost level of client service. Liaise with clients at a senior level on a day-to-day basis. Proactively promote the expansion of business with existing clients. Use your skills to push clients—and the agency—both creatively and strategically. Complete projects on a specific schedule and within an agreed-upon budget. Manage the direction of activities for accounts, including client needs, staffing, strategy, and quality of work. Develop and manage client budgets. Write proposals, strategy documents and client correspondence, including status and progress reports. Maintain clear and consistent communication between the client and the account team.

REQUIREMENTS

Significant experience in client relationship management, advertising, and marketing (specifically in the pharmaceutical space). A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Effective management capabilities. Keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints. Full awareness of creative processes and techniques. The ability to build business and drive organic growth. A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, and 7+ years of work experience in marketing, branding/internal communications.

We’re looking for an Accountant.

The Accountant assists with office accounting needs, including but not limited to accounts receivable, invoicing, accounts payable, project budget reporting, and collections. We are looking for someone who is ready to help us keep our billing systems up to date as our agency continues to grow.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable for the agency.

  • Creates invoices to be reviewed by project leaders and management. Once invoices are approved, send them to the clients.

  • Follows up on delinquent payments with clients. Escalate when appropriate.

  • Records client payments and processes deposits (both checks and EFTs).

  • Provides weekly billing reports to management as requested.

  • Oversees the agency job list to make sure projects are being billed and closed when appropriate.

  • Open new clients and jobs in the system when requested.

  • Research and recommend new technologies and processes to keep agency billing running smoothly.

  • Account reconciliations (banking and credit cards).

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5-7 years experience in accounting/accounts receivable, with a degree in Accounting preferred.

  • Must have experience working with billing systems and project management software such as Quickbooks.

  • Must be extremely detail-oriented, organized and a problem solver.

  • Be highly collaborative and willing to assist the team where needed.
