Soul for rare: our big win

Pivot has won Silver for MM+M’s 2025 Rare Disease Agency of the Year! We’re still swooning over the honor and magical ceremony in New York City. 

This award recognizes our impact in supporting rare disease communities. Honestly, nothing could mean more.

“This work has always been about finding soul for rare—that deeper sense of humanity, purpose, and belonging that fuels everything we do,” says Pivot President Liz Kanter.

For this year’s field, we’re humbled to be in the company of agencies we respect and admire. But mostly we’re feeling immense gratitude for the many client partners who’ve trusted us to help them reach patients, families, HCPs, and advocacy groups. These experiences have taught us and touched us in ways we could never have imagined, and have shaped Pivot’s identity in the truest sense.

Decades into this work, we’re more inspired than we’ve ever been. Here’s to everything still to come.
