With tremendous growth in a short period of time, startup Taysha Gene Therapies was at a critical point. Its corporate culture needed to quickly ramp up and provide employees a compelling shared purpose. Pivot stepped in to create an inspiring employer brand and rally cry, “Be the ally. Be Taysha.”
The campaign launched at Taysha’s first-ever all-hands meeting and didn’t stop there. We pulled it through all aspects of the employee onboarding experience, including a new hire toolkit, environmental graphics, videos, and branded gear. The platform was so successful it was soon adopted externally, too, bringing Taysha’s signature heart and passion to all audiences.
