BioLife Social Media Campaign

Project Overview

BioLife Plasma Services is a leader in the plasma donation industry. Every day, people donate plasma at BioLife locations all over the US and, in turn, save the lives of those who benefit from plasma-based therapeutics. BioLife facilitates donations, testing and manufacturing of plasma to ensure the highest quality and safety for its donors and recipients.

In 2013, BioLife Plasma Services launched their Facebook page and YouTube channel. A strategy, editorial calendar and analytics support were put in place to help introduce BioLife to social media.

Hoping to build momentum around the new tools, a campaign directed at current and potential donors was created. Materials including website graphics, an email campaign and mouse pads were designed to promote the launch.

One year later, we ramped up the campaign with a new Twitter profile, which required more marketing including website graphics, posters and an email campaign.
