Building on our rebranding of Clark Street Real Estate, the firm’s website was redesigned to provide detailed property case studies, custom Google maps, press releases, team biographies, and company information for investors, municipalities and other stakeholders.
The Clark Street website is a fully-responsive website, designed using a mix of flexible grids, images and CSS media-queries to deliver an optimized user experience based on screen size, platform and orientation. The site architecture and UI/UX design are configured so that users on a laptop, tablet or smartphone see the content that fits their device best. Responsive web design has the added benefit for Clark Street of only needing to maintain content for one site, rather than a version for desktop and one for mobile devices.
Developed in the Drupal Content Management System, Clark Street staff are able to easily add/edit property images, content, maps, as well as team bios and news through a user-friendly web interface. Building on an open-source platform like Drupal also ensures that the site will be easily scalable and ready to incorporate future technology. The end result is a website that establishes the new contemporary brand, while showcasing Clark Street Real Estate’s impressive portfolio of properties and experienced team.
