Project Overview

The Center for Gender, Sexuality and HIV Prevention at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago’s promotes the health and well-being of HIV-positive individuals in the Chicagoland area.

Our Test it. Know it. Own it. campaign was intended to empower young gay and transgender individuals to get tested for HIV, own their status and, of course, seek out and take advantage of Lurie’s available community services.

The campaign’s bold photography, messaging and style was intentionally aimed at connecting with the gay and transgender community in a way that was both straightforward and sensitive.
